What is USDC?

USDC is a digital US dollar asset issued by Circle. USDC is available on the Stellar blockchain.

USDC is fully reserved and always is redeemable on a 1:1 basis for U.S. dollars that may then be exchanged into local currency (in this case, through a partner like MoneyGram).
