Why am I receiving USDC?

USDC is being used for this program because it provides several advantages over other forms of cash assistance, including:

  • Use of USDC [digital dollars] helps protect against the potential devaluation of local currency.
  • May be exchanged for UAH at multiple locations when needed.
  • Provides greater flexibility if you need to leave your country and do not want to carry cash (you can exchange for cash at MoneyGram locations worldwide).
