I didn’t receive my SMS code, what should I do?

If you haven’t received the SMS, we kindly ask you to do the following:

1. Check your reception and coverage.
2. Check that your phone is not in airplane mode.
3. Review with your telephone service provider that no SMS blocks are placed on your line and that your carrier supports SMS, MMS, or RCS messaging.
4. Restart your device.
5. If you are still not receiving your SMS code, please visit your nearest relief organization office, where you will be helped.
