I can not access my Vibrant app. What can I do?

Whenever you log out or re-install the Vibrant app, you will need to recover your account. To do this, you will need to verify your phone number via our account recovery process.

Simply open up the app, tap “Sign in”, and use the same phone number you used during registration to receive confirmation codes to input into the app.

You will be prompted to enter in confirmation codes twice using two-step authentication through Lobstr.
